Blooms Cut-to-Order
Our farms strive to minimize waste and practice
sustainable methods by ensuring that our flowers
are cut-to-order. This, among other sustainable and
eco-friendly farming practices, guarantees the
long-term viability of our business while minimizing
adverse impacts.
Responsible Water Usage
We promote water self-sufficiency and help conserve water on our farms by replacing a significant part of our water needs with rainwater.
Our computerized drip-irrigation system ensures optimal usage, minimum waste and no runoff or contamination.
Composting
All of our green waste, both field and post-harvest, is
processed through a contemporary composting
system. To preserve healthy soils, this organic matter is
permanently restored to the soil of our crops. It helps us
to minimize the use of chemical fertilizers by more than
30% while still boosting the quality of our blooms. Our
waste management program provides optimal
recycling efficiency and nutrient re-incorporation
into the soil..
Sustainable Packaging
Native Blooms is committed to using eco-friendly
packaging. Our farms are one of the few that use
recyclable materials in their packaging. 95% of
what arrives at your door is recyclable. Our floral
boxes and packaging adhere to international
biodegradable criteria.
